E. Alan Cowgill is the owner of Colby Properties, LLC. and President of Integrity Home Buyers, Inc.  Since 1995, Alan has bought and/or sold hundreds of single family and/or small multi-family investment properties in Springfield, Ohio.  Alan uses Private Lenders, not banks, to fund his real estate purchases.  His home study system, ‘Private Lending Made Easy’, shows new and seasoned real estate investors how to find private lenders for their own real estate business.

 

Brad was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio and moved to Springfield in 1998.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wittenberg University where he received many undergraduate awards including Phi Beta Kappa. 

Brad started in real estate by listing foreclosed homes directly for banks. He sold as many as 120 properties per year.  He has worked hands on with over 50 real estate investors to help them find foreclosures.  He soon discovered that the investors were making most of the money so he decided to work more on the buying and selling side of the business.  Brad then became a full time investor and flipped over 35 properties within his first year.  Brad is an entrepreneur and conducts coaching sessions.
